Internship with Government of Haryana for MBA's

Now with a view to give further impetus to the efforts being made, the department of school education would be providing an internship opportunity to Post Graduates  — MBA/MSW/Mass Communication  & Journalism/Media and B.Tec. studying in the State Universities/Institutes affiliated to the State Universities. Those graduates/post graduates in these disciplines completing their course by the academic  session ending in April, 2011 would be considered as interns for the  projects such as

(i) Quality Initiative Coordinators 
(ii) Community Mobilizers and 
(iii) ICT Coordinators.

Eligibility:  Post Graduates  – MBA/MSW/Mass Communication & Journalism/Media and B.Tech. studying in the State Universities/Institutes affiliated to the State Universities.


Emoluments: They would be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000/- for a period which may be upto one year in addition to a Laptop with internet facility.

School Education department is establishing an independent research unit  REAP (Research and Evaluation for Action and Policy) at SCERT Gurgaon to undertake research and evaluation of various interventions made by Government of Haryana through RMSA, SSA, Mid-day-Meal and various other schemes by the Directorates and/or Board of School Education Haryana. The unit will comprise a multi-disciplinary team and will work in collaboration with independent international and national research groups working in social sectors, including J-PAL(MIT) NIOS, NCERT, NUEPA and University departments. It will undertake research and evaluation projects sponsored by the school education department. It may also take up independent projects by mobilizing funds from other sources.

SSA Haryana: Application invited for ABRC

The department has constituted a committee to short list the candidates for selecting teachers to post them as ABRC under  (SSA) Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan on deputation bases in the state of Haryana. The committee will examine the request of the  teachers,  scrutinising of  applications,  qualifications,  and  will be responsible for secrecy, fairness & proper conduct of the test  for candidates, as per SSA requirement and others related matters in this regard.

For appointment as ABRC the candidate should fulfil the following conditions.

1. He / She should be a regular  Haryana  Government Employee working on the post of Master / Mistress / C&V Teacher.
2. Should have obtained a post graduate degree  in any subject with minimum 50% marks.
3. Should have passed B.Ed. Exam.

The following criteria will be adopted by the committee for selection of the teachers as ABRC.

1. Objective Test  Consisting 60 questions from General Awareness & relevant fields. (60 Marks)
2. Essay of five hundreds words on any given topic (40 Marks).
3. Time duration for test shall be 2 hours
