Department of Education, Haryana has changed the time table of Government Schools. Schools will open for 7.30 hours now instead of 6.00 hours. For new School Calender.
School Calendar 2011-12
The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 provides for the following:
Minimum Working Hours of a teacher per week = 45

In view of all the above the stage wise calendar have been designed and placed on website and will come into effect from 1st of April, 2011.

Duration of each period 40 minutes
Total 450 minutes = 7.30 hours

Is this going to benefit the student as upto eight class no student can be failed.only putiing burden on teachers by increasing working hours

increase in working hours will it be compensated???/
things should be put in free to accept condition not as burden.
we all are not accept this time table. govt should focus on the content of how to study better not how long it ... so we not accept this time table..

has it been planed to provide needed computers and other items in schools or every thing will go on papers for years till the policy is again changed
