Supreme Court gave a big blow with dismissal the petition of gust teachers against new recruitment of new JBT Teachers on Thursday. Guest teachers were demanding the stay order on recruitment results released by the state government & stating the wrong appointments. Guest teachers said that the Selection Commission issued a public notice on August 30 B.Ed. degree holder Guest JBT Teacher turned out process, that’s the disobey of court orders.
It also argued that the guest teachers from the past four years by BEd degree as a guest teacher on JBT Teacher posts are appointed by the Department of Education & issued the certificate to experience them.With the Case in the absence of official party favor keeping PATRA teachers’ senior lawyer Viswanathan said the Supreme Court said guest teachers involved only in the process of selection was allowed and no relaxation in JBT Teacher qualifications for the position it was necessary . So Commission did not ignore the court orders have any. issued by JBT Teachers’ advt. was clearly mentioned by the Commission the necessary qualifications for the position JBT Teacher same has been admitted. He said while presenting his argument B.Ed. qualified guest teachers as a guest teacher positions JBT Teacher appointment was a temporary arrangement. Bench canceled the guest teachers petition and agree that the guest teachers are free to raise the matter in High court. Commenting on the decision of the Supreme Court the Supremo of eligible teachers union lega cell Dalip Bishnoi said the last obstacle has been overcome with this decision in recruitment of JBT Teacher.At last the State Govt should post the JBT Teachers’as early as possible against the BEd degree holder Gust Teachers in thair home district.
