As per the requisition of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, the DSSSB vide its advertisement No..01/2003 Dated 5th June, 2003 had invited applications for filling the vacant post of Ayurvedic Compounder in Health Department of Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Last date of receipt of application had been fixed as 30.06.2003. On 04.04.2004 written competitive examination (Objective-OMR Based) for the post was
held. Due to litigation involved in this case result of the examination was withheld. Subsequently even on receipt of communication letter No. ADC(H)/2007/5004 dated 15.06.2007 from the Addl. Dy. Commissioner (Health) about finalization of the court case, the result process could not be taken up as the selection related documents due to shifting of Board premises were mixed with other records. Some of the candidates approached Ld. Central Administrative Tribunal for issuance of directions for declaration of result of exam.. Ld. Central Administrative Tribunal vide its order dated 14.01.2010 as passed in O.A. 3252/2009, directed the Board to declare the results of the post. For making compliance of the order dated 14.01.2010 efforts were made to trace out the records related to the post code, status of which was apprised to Ld. CAT by way of compliance affidavits in Contempt Petition bearing No. 833/2010.
