The Selection shall be made on the basis of written test and interview as under:
Written Test      :   70 marks
Interview           :   30 marks
Total                  : 100 marks
The written test will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.
The written test shall cover (a) Test of Reasoning (b) Numerical Ability (c) General Knowledge and (d) General English or Hindi.
The candidates securing  minimum 40% marks in the written test shall qualify for interview. In the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled castes or the Scheduled Tribes categories, the minimum marks in the written test shall be 35% to qualify for interview.All those candidates who have secured minimum qualifying marks stipulated for written examination, in the order of merit, shall be called for interview upto the ratio of 1:3.
